converts R objects to 'NumPy' or 'PyTorch' tensors via
'reticulate' and supports GPU acceleration when 'PyTorch' with
'CUDA' is available. Python dependencies are declared via
'reticulate' and can be installed automatically on first use.
Designed for large-scale statistical estimation where numerical
